Description:Family Store/Service Center Operations Director manages and administers all Service Unit and Service Center under the direct supervision of the National Capital and Virginia Divisional Headquarters and works in consultation with Corps Officer(s) to give oversight and direction to Family Store operations in the areas of finance, information systems, human resources, facility and risk management and transportation.

The Operations Director will help create organizational and program budgets and support the development and implementation of organizational goals and objectives for Family Stores.

The Operations Director coordinates all disaster services for the Service Unit and Center service areas.
